Completely agreed — Tracy Emin has always been an enigma to us, specially after her performance at that Saatchi TV show some years ago... nevertheless, looking forwards to see the show, only because its location. Laurie? Absolutely hilarious...

Also, thanks so much for dropping by!

Hiya. I've never been 100% for Tracy Emin, but she was funny on the Today show yesterday when she said she wanted her epitaph to read 'f**k me while I'm asleep' or something like that. I thought that those Japanese guys who rolled around her bed years back when it was exhibited had the right idea. I clearly need to be educated though, because when I flicked through her book in 2005 or whenever it was on the piles on the tables in Waterstones, I was engaged by her story for about half an hour. At the time I was a student, so didn't have the funds to get the book. Alas, I never got my Emin education. Maybe the Hayward is indeed the way.

Re. Hugh Laurie's album. Pretty cool, and brilliant that he emulates an American accent - is he meant to be House in those bits? Fairly confusing to some as House himself is a pianist and guitar player, although he has never sung in an episode. Hugh should have a track in that album where he sounds like the Prince Regent in Black Adder! Good music nonetheless.
