delivery charges
1. standard delivery charges: Standard mainland UK delivery charge is £6.95 (Express Charge: £12.00)
Standard mainland UK bulk item charge is £20.00. Please note there are some exceptions in the highlands and islands of Scotland area. Heavy or large items within the M25, Slough Reading and Guildford areas are £35.00 (Express Charge: £41.95) Weekend delivery within the M25 is available at £50. Call 0207 734 9970 to check availability. Fragile, heavy or large items outside of the M25 will require a special delivery charge (the price is dependant upon postcode zone areas). For prices outside of the UK mainland, please call or email our customer services customerservices@lifestylebazaar.com or ++44 207 734 9970. The deadline to receive order for express shipping the next working day is 1pm. Deliveries are Mon-Fri 9-5.30pm unless otherwise specified. Our standard courier service will attempt delivery on two occasions and will leave a calling card to which you will need to respond within 5 days. You can either contact them directly using the details on the calling card or contact us on 0207 734 9970. Please be aware that should you not respond to the calling card, the goods will be returned to us after 5 days and a re-delivery charge will apply. We try as much as possible to send items within our standard delivery charge. However, some products are fragile and require specialist carriers, are heavy and over sized, or simply require extra insurance. Please note that the extra charge means that the product should reach you in excellent condition. Due to our experience with sending items in the post that do not arrive in perfect condition, our only aim is to prevent customer disappointment and offer the best service we can. For those customers who order very fragile items, the cost of delivery will range between £25 and £250 (with a small charge per additional item) depending on where you live within the UK mainland. Delivery will be charged at point of order. Once your order has been processed, a customer services representative will call you with a quote at which point you may continue with the order or decline and receive a refund. 2. furniture delivery disclaimer We try to offer the best possible service at Lifestylebazaar and we are happy to deliver our items to any of the rooms you require. 3. measurements It is your responsibility to ensure that furniture from us will pass freely through doorways. Be aware of any restricted passageways, stairs and awkward corners or turns. All of our products have clear height, width and depth measurements and are always displayed in this order in our catalogue and on our website. Should you find our furniture does not fit through your access ways, we will not be able to refund you your postage, and we will deduct the return fee from any refunds we make to you. 4. to order items To order items will be ordered specifically for you. Unless we receive your written notification to cancel within 7 working days of placing your order, we regret to advise you that we will charge you a cancellation fee of 25% of your order. 5. bespoke items Bespoke items (such as some furniture ranges) will be commissioned specially for you. You will receive (in some instances where it is necessary) a colour or swatch of the fabric or material finish etc in which your item will be made. Please sign it and return it to us immediately so we can progress with your order. Should you wish to contact us in order not to delay your item then you may email us your confirmation and follow up by posting out the confirmation form to us. You may cancel your order at no cost before you sign your confirmation, however, any cancellations after you have signed the confirmation will incur a 25% cancellation fee. If you have any particular feedback regarding our delivery service, please feel free to contact our customer service team on customerservices@lifestylebazaar.com where your comments are very welcome. 6. returns While we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you will want to return some items. Please fill in the returns form that is sent with your order. Post the items back to: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or credit note. Please wrap the items very securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card. If your goods are faulty, please call one of our customer services representatives on 0207 734 9970 who will advise you how to proceed. |
