The small green company is a team of like-minded creatives who are committed to the design and manufacture of eco-friendly products in an ethical and socially responsible way. Creating products made from responsibly sourced wood and wool and manufacturing in the UK, the company also donates a portion of all proceeds to Tree Nation’s planting program in Niger.

The small green company was founded by Etienne Esmenjaud, a designer
inspired by an inherent love of nature. His products embrace an
unspoken desire to promote a healthy respect for the natural world and
to bring people closer to it. It's little wonder that a youth spent in
the great outdoors, from the Pyrenees to the French Alps, would prove
such a catalyst for his future work. He completed a degree in
Industrial Aesthetics in France in 2003, before studying in the UK
where he won the prestigious Royal Society of Arts' 'Design Directions'
and graduated in 2006
