how to order
1. New Customers
Enter your registration details in the fields indicated and press submit.
You do not have to give us your address to create an account. However, in order to purchase, you will later be asked to submit one.
To add your address you will need to have your postcode ready. If the postcode finder does not recognise your address, pick the nearest one and you will have a chance to edit it on the next screen.
At the point of registration, you will be asked if you would like join our newsletter mailings. Please untick this box if you do not wish to join. If you would like to join our mailing list at this point, you can either click on the “Newsletter” link under My Account on the left hand side of the page, or click on the “Join our Mailing List” link on the top of the web page.
You will be asked to submit a billing address (the address where your chosen credit card is registered). You can update this at any time, however, once the order has been placed, we cannot guarantee to re-route your order. You may also be able to enter in a shipping address at the point of submitting your billing address.
2. existing customers
Enter your login details. If you have forgotten your password, click the “forgotten your password” link and your password hint will be emailed to you.
You may have the chance to update your billing and/or your shipping addresses before you confirm you order, or by clicking on the “My Address” link under My Account on the left hand side of the page.
3. find the product
Click on a category in the menu on the left hand side. This will open you into a number of products we offer relevant to this category. When you find a product that interests you, click the image to see its details including price, variations in colour, and / or size. You may scroll through the pages to view all the products we offer, or you may click the “view all button” to see all the images on one screen.
4. purchase the product / check availability
Once you have selected a product, click the “add to basket” button. A drop down menu with size, colour or type will appear.
If the item is not in stock, then it will be on order. Your payment will be taken straight away to secure your order once new stock arrives.
Add the item/s to the basket. A message under the “add to basket” button will confirm your order has been added to your basket. You will also be able to see the quantity in your basket change in the top bar of your web page. Some larger items including part ranges of furniture are on special order - delivery times can be 2-4 weeks from order payment. We will advise you if this is the case and endeavour to fulfil orders as soon as possible but can not be held responsible in the event that there is a manufacturer delay in delivering a particular product.
5. sale item disclaimer
We have very limited stock of our sale items, and we will not be taking back orders on any of these items. Due to the fact our stock levels are updated once every 24 hours a product may sell out during time you have placed your order and when we try to fulfil it. If this does happen we will contact you within 3 days with an alternative item or refund your money.
6. to go to checkout
Go to your basket from either the basket at the top of the web page or via the checkout button on product pages.
Check the items in your basket. To change the quantity to a higher value, amend the number and click on “update.” The basket will automatically update. To delete an item simply click “remove.”
If you have a promotional code, you may enter this in at the “order options” page that you will reach after you have entered in your delivery address. Review your order then click “place order.”
When you click “Place Order”, you may be taken to the secure Verified by Visa/Mastercard Secure Code website for credit card verification. You will receive a Checkout Complete message along with your order.
Before you can complete the checkout stage, you will be required to register your details. If you are an existing customer, you will be required to submit your existing login details.
7. new customers
